Dear Members,
I’ve started a private limited company in 2021. Currently there are no employees. However EPFO and ESIC registration was done as there was some process that automatically opens EPFO and ESIC accounts as well during incorporation.
Now that the accounts are open, am wondering if there is any filings requirement.
If yes, how do I file EPFO and ESIC returns for a company having no employees.

How to fill specimen signature card for EPFO. The company has one Authorized Signatory.
As per my view, in Name of Establishment, company name will be mentioned. In address, registered office of company will be mentioned and in name of Employer 1, name of Authorized Signatory will be mentioned with his/her designation and specimen signature. Is it correct?
What is to be mentioned in Name of Employer 2, 3 and 4?
