Dear professionals,
What is the next step if a company has failed to appoint an auditor in the 1st AGM?
Will the first auditor (who was appointed for period till first AGM) continues to be the auditor?
Or will it become a casual vacancy and can the board of directors appoint the auditor?

If the LLP incorporated on 14/03/2019, then, it is required to file Form 8 & Form 11 for the financial year 18-19??
PS: The LLP has already filed form 11 but failed to file Form 8.

A LLP is incorporated in 2016... but failed to file LLP agreement in form 3 that time.... Now 2 out of 4 designated partners resigned... So in this case do we need to file form 3 initially for LLP agreement first and then proceed to file form 3 and 4 for change in DP and supplementary agreement... Is this correct process or any other process to be followed?
