1. CRC*: Responsible for incorporation-related matters.
2. CPC*: Handles the processing of other e-forms.
3. CSC: Central Scrutiny Centre scrutinizes STP forms.
4. C-PACE: Deals with the closure of companies.

Form TM-A is filed for registration of a Trade Mark.
Fees for filing Form TM-A is Rs. 4500 in case applicant is Individual, Company having MSME or a Company having Start up Certificate and in any other case Rs. 9000
After filing TM-A, department may raise objection under section 10 and 11 and issue examination report.
For examination report we have to file reply within 30 days of issue of examination report
Department may also raise objection for modification of class description.
We have to file Form TM-M with a fees of Rs. 900.
On filing TM-A and after payment of fees an application number is generated by which we can check current status of our Trade Mark on the TM Portal
