We have Changed the AD Banker. What is the Procedure to intimate the Same to RBI for filing form FC GPR?

Has anybody filed FCGPR on RBI New Portal(Firms).. I'm facing few difficulties neither RBI nor AD Bank is helping out.
I'm filing FCGPR for CCD, But its not allowing me to mention anything in conversion ratio.. but is a mandatory field and based on this information few other columns will be auto populate.
Pls do advice
Any update on filing of RBI SMF Form as next step to complete the reporting of foreign investment in India?
