I am modifying the charge for one of my client company and additional facility issued by bank is for Rs.1.25 crore on 08/12/2021,now the total modified amount will be 16.80 crore,and we are getting penalty of Rs.85000(approx),is there any solution by which we can reduce the penalty as Ad valor em is levied on 16.80 crore.
Please guide.

We have received an mail from ministry of corporate affairs regarding the form CHG-1 for creation of Charge which was filed by the charge holder, Now we have received mail as mentioned below
" CHG-1 is filed for creation/modification of charge by Chargeholder. In this regard, you are requested to furnish your objection, if any, as per the requirement of section 78 of the companies Act, 2013.”
Kindly guide how to reply on the same matter via mail or any other process have to follow.

Dear Members, Kindly let me know can we modify the class in the application once it is filed. I have filed the application in class 24 and I want to modify the class as 25. Section 22 of the Trademarks Act, 1999 permits the alteration. But I am not sure whether the class can be modified. Please share your experience.
