It has always remained a pre-condition that the proposed name of
a company to be incorporated must not be similar or akin to the name
of a company already in existence. How can a rejection on these lines
be avoided at the ROC end ?

it it necessary for pvt cos to hv 3 directors now. Any amendment to this effect, can some one pl clarify.
CBIC is asking for 3 directors on pvt Ltd company while doing the of rejection the GST Reg.
