Hello, what is the distinction between Compensatory Contribution and Equalization Levy?
Are these concepts mutually exclusive?
Hi members,
Kindly guide on an issue w.r t increase in authorized capital of pvt ltd.
Issue is if company through EGM decide to increase its share capital from 50 Lakh to 2 Crores on 10th of March 2020 and the form SH-7 required to be filed within 30 days as per the act falls on or after 01st april 2020 and such that form is yet to be filed as of know.
My question is whether company will be laible to pay additional late fees @ 2.5% p.m.
As CFSS scheme not apply to filing of form SH7 so can i plan filing of required form SH7 through this route to safeguard myself from any levy of additional late fees @2.5%p.m. as due to Covid additional fees are waived if period of filing of any form fall between 01/04/2020 to 30/09/2020
Or is i still hv to pay additional fees.
What is the expected date for the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules 2014 to levy additional fee @Rs.100 per day for filings under Section 92 (Annual Return) or 137 (Annual Financial Statement) of the Companies Act, 2013. Once notified, the additional fee @Rs.100 per day (beyond the normal date of filing) shall become payable in respect of 23AC,23ACA,23AC XBRL,23ACA XBRL,20B,21A, MGT-7, AoC-4,AoC-4 XBRL and AoC-4 CFS?
