We have obtained a farmer certificate from the Agriculture officer for the incorporation of the Producer Company.
However, some subscribers do not have khasra/khatuni in their own name; instead, it is listed under their father's or grandfather's name. Can we proceed with this for the incorporation of the FPO, and will the CRC accept this application?

1.Appointment of CEO- is application of DIN and e-form DIR-12 required? Within how many days appointment of CEO is to be done?
2.What would be the Agenda of 1st AGM which is to be held in 90 days?
3.What is meaning of election of directors within 90 days of incorporation - do we need to file form DIR-12 or just a board resolution?

When Auditor is appointed in case of Producer Companies for a 5 years term?
In 1st AGM which is conducted in 90 days of Incorporation or the second AGM conducted in same year after completion of financial year. Company was incorporated in Feb, 2021 and 1st AGM was held on 27th March 2021 whereas 2nd AGM was held on 28th November, 2021. So company needs to file ADT-1 after 1st AGM or 2nd AGM in this case?

1) Whether the Chief Executive of a producer company need to take DIN and file DIR-12 for his appointment. If not, whether there is anything wrong with taking DIN and filing DIR-12.
2) Whether the Chief Executive can hold shares in the producer company, before or after his appointment.
