In a company, the minimum number of members required to form a
company has been stated under section 3 of the Act. What shall be
the effect of the number of members falling below the minimum
requirement ?

The Number of Directors fall below 5 in producer co due to death of 1 director & company has appointed another due to this vacancy after 6 month is this amount noncompliance?
As per AOA the minimum requirement for director is 5.

Kindly specify the scope of proposed objects of the company so as to ascertain the TM class. In case, any name contains any TM, kindly attach NOC along with KYC of Signatory. Further, Please also select appropriate Industrial activity code, as per main objects provided.

The share was originally issued at face value of Rs.10 Plus Premium of Rs. 45, therefor issue prize was Rs. 55.
Whether there is any prohibition under companies act on sell of share below Face value?
