Even after checking name availability on MCA portal and Trade Mark portal, we have faced rejection of names at the end of ROC. Is there any standard/foolproof way or steps to check whether proposed name of the company is not similar or resembles too nearly with the existing company, as many rejection has been faced in this line.
Whether in General meeting through VC or OAVM, Proposed and Secondment is mandatory?

Apart from reporting in Form DI in FIRMS Portal, an investment vehicle making downstream investment shall notify the Secretariat for Industrial Assistance in the FIFP Portal, DIPP (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) within 30 days of such investment, even if capital instruments have not been allotted, along with the modality of investment in new / existing ventures.
Query:
Does any one have a format of reporting that is asked for in the FIFP portal. At present, I understand that, only after registering as a User, one gets access to the reporting screen and hence am not able to view the same now.
I need the format of reporting in DIPP portal to assess the nature of information asked for and know if it is a lengthy reporting?

Now an existing LLP intends to induct a new Designated Partner, but the new / proposed DP does not have a DPIN. Can we attach a Resolution (along with PAN and AADHAR of the Applicant duly self attested) passed by the existing Designated Partners that the LLP intends to appoint Mr. X as the new DP upon his acquisition of DPIN and proceed to file Form DIR-3 or a Resolution by the Partners of the LLP is necessary to be attached
