earlier it used to be done by genration a challan and making the payment and collecting the certified copy from ROC by visiting to ROC
But now once you apply for certified copy, you will get the copy in the name and address of the person whose address mentioned in the challan (note:- i have not done it personally and only seen others doing, as i applied for CC when there was no such provision for online application)
