As per Section 11 of the CGST Act and Section 6 of the IGST Act under Exemption related to Agriculture Services:
Services by any agricultural produce marketing committee or board of services provided by commission agent for sale or purchase of agricultural produce are exempt under GST. Therefore no registration is required to be obtained.
