A Pvt Ltd Co. is incorporated with main object as Investment.
In main object clause, below object is also included :
transporting, storing, developing, promoting, marketing or supplying, trading, dealing in any manner whatsoever in all type of goods onretail as well as on wholesale basis in India or elsewhere to and do all incidental acts and things necessary for the attainment of the above objects.
My query is whether Company can apply for Tender of a Truck for a Government Company in its own name?
Whether main object of Company will cover Application for Tender of Truck transportation?
