I file GNL- 2 to correct the mistake done in AOC-4 for the not marked yes option for CFS.
But from last 2 weeks the status of Form Showing " matted referred to HQ".
Is anyone facing the same problem?
The 15th of March is the last date. What should I do for this.....

Can a Company issue duplicate share certificate for correction of name of shareholder? If not, then what shall be the procedure to change the name of shareholder on physical share certificate?

As per MCA FAQ:
The company will have to file all the due annual returns and balance sheets for the financial years for which it has been marked as defaulting. Once the same are filed, the defaulting status of the company will be removed and the company will be able to file normally.
But, MCA not changed the same then how it will rectify the master data ?

I have a company, whose master data shows charge created prior to 2006, while charge was never created on the assets of the company.
Also, on VPD charge creation documents prior to 2006 of some other company are uploaded.
Please help with the procedure to make necessary corrections?

Dear Professionals,
I have incorporated a Foreign Company with PUC of Rs. 10,00,000. But in Form INC-32, by mistake i mentioned Rs. 1,00,000 as Paid-up Capital and the Form got approved.
Is there any wayout to correct the same? Pl advice.

At the time of incorporation, we mentioned pincode wrongly and the same reflected in the Certificate. Now the client is requesting to correct the Pincode and provide a corrected certificate. I already informed him, it is not possible and we can file INC-22.
Is it possible to get a corrected certificate with the ROC or MCA?
