As per a recent circular from MCA, every LLP is required to appoint a Designated Partner with respect to beneficial interest.
My question is whether we are required to file Form MGT-14 for both Public and Private Companies, given that there is no compulsion to file such forms.

Hi fellow members,
I have a doubt regarding addition of DESIGNATED PARTNER / PARTNER LLP at the time of incorporation.
It is clear for me that, at the time of incorporation, maximum of 4 ( Max 2 Din) partners can be there. In my case there are 40 partners. Can I file Addendum to FiLLiP along with the FiLLIP form? So i can add all the 40 in 1st step? Is it possible.
