Dear Members,
A Private company wants to raise funds from few (10-30) individuals.
Taking loan from them is not an option as it would amount to Accepting Deposits which is prohibited for Pvt Cos.
I read in few articles that from shareholder is not restricted for a private limited company.
Whether it is OK to make them shareholders first and then take loan from them? It this understanding OK or not ?
Please throw some light considering provisions of Companies Act, 2013
