I have to file Form RD-1 for rectification of name of a company u/s 16 of the Companies Act, 2013.
But while pre-filling the CIN of the company against which the application will be filed, the system shows the error "Form filing is not allowed since declaration for commencement of business is not filed in Form INC-20A".
I raised a ticket but they are saying you can't file Form RD-1 until Form INC-20A is filed. Further, I contacted RD but they are saying it's a technical issue and helpdesk will suggest you corrective measures.
Have anyone faced the similar issue?

Dear Professionals,
I have applied for name rectification under sec 16 of the companies Act, 2013. The Co is situated in Kolkata and the identical name company was incorporated in Delhi.
SO we, file the application inf Kolkata, Rd but it has been rejected mentioning that it should be fin Delhi jurisdiction. Does anyone have an idea?

While filling E-Form PAS-3 for allotment of shares wrong attachment has been inserted and Form has approved by ROC. Now what is the procedure to rectify the error.
Some one suggest me visit roc and that form marked defective from roc and file new form. but roc is not ready to do same.they are to stringent now a days.

Dear Sir/Madam,
In my Case, I have uploaded the form DIR-12 with the appointment of Managing Director and Director.
But mistakenly i filled the same din in appointment of Director and In appointment of Managing Director. So I want to cancel the same SRN upload for the same. Kindly advise me. How can we change the form DIR-12. because it is STP Form.
Because in signatory details on MCA Portal - one person shown with two designation one is managing Director and other is director.
Please advise .
