The act says that the proxy forms should reach company 48 hrs before the meeting.
In case the company receives the proxy form 24 hrs before the meeting, in such case does the company have discretion to accept the proxy?
A proxy is submitted 54 hours ago and another one is submitted 36 hours ago. Which one is valid?
