In terms of Section 73 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 2(1)(c)(vii) of Companies (Terms and conditions of acceptance of Deposit) Rules, 2014, deposits do not include receipt of money from Director of the Company, but the money received from a member is treated as a deposit. In case the deposit is taken from a person who is both a director and a member of the Company, will such receipt of money be treated as a deposit or not?

An1 WOS company was incorporated in 2016 as a Section 8 Company, but due to FCRA restrictions the Subscription money could not be received.
Now the FCRA application is rejected and its 5th year of company and entire share capital is not received.

A Ltd is a company in India, whose 99.99% shares are held by a US Parent Company. A Ltd is incorporated for providing software support services. It has entered into a contract with US Parent Company for providing services of software support. It raises monthly invoice to US company.
Now the Authorised Dealer Bank of A Ltd in India says that it cannot receive money from US Parent Company as current account transaction against the invoice. The money can come only as a FDI.
Can anyone help me out with the above?
