Dear Members Please suggest,
In one of newly incorporated company ,company has already started business and received some payments in its bank account before receiving subscription money from its shareholders...
Now while filing e-form 20A the bank statement is showing some payments received transactions before subscription money....Is it ok ??? What I am supposed to do in that case proceed with form filing or any other alternate??
