In the new version of LLP, Form-4 needs to be filed for Notice of appointment, cessation, change in name/ address/designation of a designated partner or partner.
Form-9 needs to be filed for consent to become a partner/designated partner.
Both forms can be filed online through the LLP portal (www.llp.gov.in) using a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
