    • Hi Ruchi!

The documents preserved in terms of Regulation 9 include documents required to be preserved by a listed entity in terms of securities laws defined under Regulation 2(1)(zf) and other laws and statutes applicable to such listed entity.

Regulation 2(1)(zf) of EBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 defines that "securities laws" means the Act, the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, the Depositories Act, 1996, and the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013, and the rules, regulations, circulars or guidelines made thereunder.

      Hope it helps!

      Thanks!
