Dear Sir / Madam

The problem - On inputting the CIN of the company U80904MH2018PTC318389 , the form indicates that the DECLARATION OF COMMENCEMENT OF BUSINESS IS NOT APPLICABLE TO THE COMPANY .

I have raised a ticket SR 1089849 on 28 Mar 19 , as I am getting a message

"Declaration of Commencement of Business not applicable to the company"
though the company is registered ( on 17 Dec 2018 ) after 30 Nov 2018 and is required irequired to be filed pursuant to Pursuant to Section 10A(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 23A of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 within 180 days i.e. by 18 Jun 2019.

I ma not getting any satisfactory resolution despite trying several times with freshly downloaded forms. Whenever Helpdesk is contacted I am informed that the company is required to file INC 20A and there seems to be a technical issue which will be escalated to tech Team. The due date is approaching and the company would default for a problem which is unresolved.
