Dear Friends,
Can anyone share with me the draft letter of application to be done to ROC for intimation of delisting of my company from calcutta stock exchange and for CIN change and status of the company from listed to unlisted .
will be filling GNL-2 and will be enclosing this letter and order copy and also we will be submitting the GNL-2 form and application physically to ROC as well.
IN GNL -2 they are asking under which section of the companies act we are filling this form please help me with this well .

I have a small confusion regarding date of intimation
listed entity shall give prior intimation to stock exchange about the meeting of the board of directors proposals is due to be considered financial results.(reg. 29(1))
further proviso of sub regulation 2 provides that
intimation regarding above maintained item shall be given at least five days in advance (excluding the date of the intimation and date of the meeting), and such intimation shall include the date of such meeting of board of directors.
my confusion is
weather date of mating will counted or not?
example if a meeting decided to hold on 24th may then when we need to intimate?

I have queries as set-out below.
I was rendering service as CS in Company, which has retrenchment me due to current covid -19 outbreak w.e.f May 31,2020 and on the contrary they have told me give my resignation. I had asked them to share Full and Final Settlement amounts based on which I share tender my resignation and from last 2 months Company has stop responding on call .further I have starting dropping Emails. But still they have not responded. Final 2 days ago I have given resignation. But still they are not responding to my call and also not filed Form DIR-12.
My Queries is
1) If Employer is not intimating my resignation to ROC, then how I can get it removed from the MCA website and get relieving letter ?
2) How I will get my Full and Final Settlement (FNF) amount from the Company? Anybody have filed INVESTOR COMPLAINT FORM on MCA to claim made by employee against employer on MCA?
3) Whether I can file Form DIR-12 in new Company for my appointment ? whether it will contradict Section 203 read with rule 8A and Company secretary act ?

This is to inform you that we have received an intimation from Mr. Arun Jindal, Chairman and Non-Executive Director (DIN - 00121523) of the Company stating that his DIN has been deactivated owing to non-filing of financial statements or annual returns for continuous period of three financial years.
This disqualification has been incurred with respect to the company 'WESTERN METAL FORGE (CHAKAN) PRIVATE LIMITED' in which he was Director and the said Company was under the process of striking off by MCA since the year 2008.
The necessary legal remedies have been sought by Mr. Jindal to remove this disqualification.
This intimation has been given pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
