In the case of Listed companies, It is compulsory to file any change in the stake of the promoter or promoter group under the LODR Regulations.
Is there any similar requirement in case of other companies as well under the Companies Act, 2013?

At the time of name application of pvt ltd i selected wrong NIC code and then i filled SPICe+ separately, Now i realised that NIC code is wrong after filing form. Can i resubmit with clarification with actual NIC code or any other solution because NIC code change is not possible?

while filing MGT 7 for a co, inadvertently i mentioned the due date of AGM as 4th sept 2019 instead of mentioning it as 30th sept 2019.
now i am unable to file AOC 4 due to this mistake.
how should i cancel this MGT 7 filed by me, so as to enable me to file a revised MGT 7 with correction ?
I have made an online request to cancel the SRN for MGT 7 so that i can file a new MGT 7 and thereafter AOC 4 .
is this in order ?

In a private limited company a body corporate is shareholder holding 19.9 % shares in company. and both company have same directors (Six) but neither a associate or subsidiary of each others, only directors are interested in both company. In the reporting company all six directors also having individual shareholding. Now who is the SBO, whether all six directors become a SBO. If all directors become SBO then how to justified individual stake.

By mistake, i had written private spelling wrong in RUN form.
The form got approved - XYZ PRVATE LIMITED where I is missing in Private word.
Now can we apply for spice form without PAN and TAN application?
Becoz if we apply for it, the name of the company will appear wrong everywhere.
