The due date for filing annual return of an OPC (One Person Company) is within 180 days from the close of the financial year. In other words, the annual return for an OPC for a financial year ending on 31st March is due on or before 30th September of the same year.
The annual return of an OPC is filed in Form MGT-7 (Annual Return) with the Registrar of Companies (RoC). It contains information about the company's registered office, directors, shareholders, shares and debentures, indebtedness, and other specified details as required by the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules thereunder.
