Can Company call for 25% of the total right issue amount now and remaining upon its discretion.. however, the Company is issuing and allotting total shares?
In brief, can company make right issue of all the shares and receive only 25% of the consideration amount as application money?
Is there any restriction for Right Issue as per Companies Act in private companies regarding aforesaid?

Can we consider the date of posting in SAP or it should be from the date of Invoice?
Because law says Date of acceptance,
I think we can consider date of posting instead of date of invoice.
