1. To carry on the business of manufacturing, selling, purchasing, trading, dealing, importing, exporting, wholeselling and retailing of all makes, stitches, all types of varieties of garments and its made ups handicrafts, home furnishing & shoes.
2. To carry on the business as manufacturers, traders, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters, distributors, agents, brokers, factor, stockists, commission agents and dealers of :

All kinds of fabrics, textiles including decorative hand and machine-made readymade garments, fashion garments, carpets, durries, mats, rugs, namdas, blankets, shawls, tweeds, lines, flannels, beds, spreads, quilts, scarfs, belts, tapestry and all other articles of silk, cotton, woollen and worsted materials and all sorts of apparels, dressing materials, mixed, blended products, nylon, polyster, fibres, yarn, hosiery and mixed fabrics, natural, silk fabrics, and leather garments of all kinds including all kinds of commodities.

3. To carry on in India or elsewhere the business as manufacturer, fabrication, processors, importers, exporters, agents, brokers, showroom owners, retailers, distributors, exchangers, traders, buyers, sellers, jobworkers, stockists and market, promote, organise, design, develop, cut sort & grade or otherwise to deal in all shapes, sizes, varieties, specifications, descriptions, applications, modalities fashions and uses of garments of man, women, infant & children including sportswear, activewears, daily-wears, fashionwears, partywears, wearing apparels, underwear, purses, lingerie, mercerized cotton, belts, wallets, share and other allied goods made from cotton, silk, synthetic, jute, velvet, woollen, leather, raxin or with any combination thereof and to participate in local; national and international trade fairs, sales exhibitions, seminars and fashions shows or an other sales promotion scheme.
4. To carry on the business of manufacturers, designers, creators, fabricators, manufacturers, producers, processors, distributors, suppliers, wholesale and retail dealers of all kinds of embroidery fabrics, embroidery material, embroidery laces, creations, bed lines, fashionable cushion materials, furnishing fabrics, readymade garments, made ups & accessories, wearing apparels, fashion garments, and other international and domestic traded goods and fashion accessories, and consultancy therein.
5. To act as an Export House and to deal in all kinds of Import and licence subject to Banking Regulation Act, 1949 and Foreign Exchange Regulation, 1973 and any other law of the land in connection with the business as referred to in sub-clause (1) above and to works as an export house and to deal in all matters and things that export house may be eligible under the Import and Export Trade Control Policy related to sub clause 1 to 4 above mentioned.
