Hello everyone,
I hope you're doing well. I have a question regarding the handling of holiday pay for employees who are on long-term sick leave.
According to our company policy, employees continue to accrue holiday entitlement while on sick leave, but we are unsure how to handle the payment for these days when they eventually return. Should we pay out the accumulated holiday pay as a lump sum upon their return, or can it be used towards future leave days?
I’m particularly interested in hearing from those who have dealt with similar situations in their compliance practices, and what specific regulations or guidelines you follow in such cases.

Thank you in advance for your insights!

Dear User,
This is to inform you that the process to convert LLP into Company is not available currently. Necessary changes for the same is in progress. Suitable message will be put on portal when the service is made available.
Ankit Ltd. is a Reporting Company, where in AFSL Ltd is holding 18% shares in reporting company.
now while checking the majority shareholding in AFSL Ltd. we found:-
Individual Holding along with PAC (through relatives) is 35% only i.e below 51%
but there is a Another company Prix ltd. holding 44% Shares in AFSL Ltd. (Note Prix Ltd is a group companies closely held by promoters of Ankit Ltd)
should we consider Indivual +PAC + PRix Ltd. holding for considering majority holding in AFSL Ltd. for considering SBO?
THROUGH THE PROVISION SAYS THAT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE HOLDING MAJORITY SHALL BE SBO.
